Yes! The T-Bolts for the Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 Rear Loading Kayak Carrier # RR581 have the same dimensions as the T-Bolts for the Thule Load Stops # 753-3761 which fit the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XT that you referenced.
