Does anyone make roof vent cover for a 13x13 vent? Do they also make a universal replacment vent lid for a 13x13 vent?

Vents now are a standard 14" x 14" so there are no covers we can offer which will work with a 13" x 13" roof vent. I highly recommend enlarging your vent opening and switching to the standard 14" x 14" size to meet the size of today's vents in order to more easily - and less expensively - obtain replacement parts or a replacement at some point. For that, a budget-friendly option is the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28.
For installation you will need the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW. This vent has a garnish that fits roofs which are 1-7/8" to 3" thick but you can use a different garnish, Ceiling Garnish # VA0445-35 if your roof is 2-7/8" to 4" thick or Ceiling Garnish # VA0445-37 if your roof is 4-7/8" to 6" thick.
