When installed on a 2019 Chevy Equinox the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76419 will give you about 10-1/2 inches of ground clearance and will also measure about 5-1/2 inches from the center of its hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper, which is useful if you are looking to use a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack # HR200Z (the accompanying photo is of this bike rack on a '19 Equinox).

This is a 2" trailer hitch with a 675 lb tongue weight capacity and 4,500 lb towing capacity; it is also a complete bolt-on install that does not require any type of drilling into the frame of your Equinox, as you can see by the linked install instructions I added for you.
