The best option I have for you to add side mirrors to your 1991 Fleetwood Tioga Arrow is going to be with the CIPA Universal Door-Mount Replacement Mirrors part # CM45000-2 which will provide you with an excellent view of your motorhome and they are pretty easy to install as well. The mirror faces are fully adjustable and the cushioned rubber trim that outlines each mirror face will work to reduce vibrations. The hardware that you need for installation is included.

Can you give me the bolt pattern dimensions of this product? I need to replace the existing similar mirrors.

The mounting holes for the CIPA Universal Door-Mount Mirrors # CM45000-2 are spaced apart by 3-13/16". I linked an expert answer below that also shows a couple other dimensions.
