Question:
I am going to attach photos of my puck system. Would this allow me to use the Andersen 3220 with no rail attachment kit? How does the Andersen shaft with a ball attach and stay in place. I assume that the two similar pucks are for safety chains. Is there some type of attachment ring that goes in for the safety chains to attach to?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection, part # AM3200 connects to the 2016 Nissan Titan XD with industry standard fifth wheel rails. In order to put industry standard rails in the Titan XD an adapter is required.
If your 2016 Nissan Titan XD has a OEM integrated gooseneck then you need Demco 5th wheel rail adapter part # DM6200. The adapter drops into the puck system, locks into place and gives you 5th wheel rails in the bed to use the Andersen.
If your 2016 Nissan Titan XD does not have an OEM integrated gooseneck then you need to install a gooseneck underbed installation kit part # BWGNRK1217-5W. Then you can use Demco adapter part # DM6140 to mount into the B&W Gooseneck setup to get 5th wheel rails in the bed to use the Andersen.
Please note that the two Demco adapters are different part numbers because the DM6200 fits the OEM gooseneck setup and the DM6140 fits the B&W gooseneck setup.
