Need length of side rails to see if it would fit on 8ft box with tool box in it. I have 77” behind tool box

For your 2012 Ford F-Series Super Duty with a long bed we have a tonneau cover that is specifically designed for fitting behind a tool box with the Access Toolbox Edition Cover part # 834532008460 which will fit and work well as long as your tool box width is between 19 and 21 inches in width. The Truxedo you referenced only fits the short bed versions of your truck so I can not recommend it for your long bed truck.
