The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75471 uses the frame bolts that are M10 X 1.25 X 30mm CL10.9 and then 7/16 inch lock washers and 3/16 x 1.00 x 2.00 blocks. This connects to the existing weldnuts in the vehicle frame.
I've attached the installation instructions and a video to assist.
