Troubleshooting Auto Level Feature Not Working on Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:

Upon arriving at trip destination the system would not Auto Level. Display showed error stating inch Auto Hitch Disabled . I was able to level the trailer manually and when I left the system retracted normally when the retract button was pressed. Arriving home the system would not Auto Level and had to be leveled manually. Any recommendations on correcting?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he said the issues you're having with auto leveling or auto hitching the Ground Control 3.0 System # LC358590 are likely because the Zero Point has not been set (or just needs to be reset). I have attached an image from the system's manual detailing this process.

After setting the Zero Point the Auto Level feature should work perfectly to bring the trailer back to this designated point every time you hit the button. Please just let me know if you have any further issues.
