I wood like to know if I can fold cover to last position and still tow fifth wheel camper, without standing cover against the rear window? I have a 2016 ram 3500 long bed dually.

I do have an option that will allow you to have the tonneau cover partially open while towing with your 5th wheel trailer but none of the folding tonneau covers like the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK72204 will allow for this as they must be secured against the cab or folded up to the last panel while open.

In order to tow with a tonneau cover partially open your only option would be a retractable cover. I recommend the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover part # 311-FMD7936 because this option would then allow you to secure the cover at different points along the bed while towing your 5th wheel.
