# MT70066 Do you guys have a combo like this with a different ? Thanks! I have a 2018 Outback AND a 2014 4Runner. Ill be pullling a tear with a tongue height of ~ 18. Thanks!

The only drop the dual hitch adapters we offer like the MaxxTow part # MT70066 have is 2-1/4 inches. Sounds like you may be looking for a solution to tow your trailer level and carry a bike rack. For that you can use the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk part # CC-275 which attaches to the a-frame of the trailer and gives you a hitch opening you can carry a bike rack in.
