GM Update for Fuse Pulling in 2010-2017 Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrains Flat Towing

Question:

Does GM have an update to pull fuse 16 in engine compartment in addition to fuse 32 in cab fuse box. Thank you

I found the update that GM put out for the 2010-2017 Chevy Equinox and 2010-2017 GMC Terrains with a 4 cylinder engine that covers the fuses that need to be pulled when flat towing. Now you only have to pull the 16 fuse. It used to be that you need to pull the 32 fuse too but that was causing steering system wobble when flat towing so it's now just 16.

In 2018 The Equinox does not need to have any fuses pulled and the 2018 Terrain is not flat-towable.

Is this #16 fuse located in the engine compartment or passenger compartment? Also, I have also heard that some information says to also pull either 19 or 20. I am not sure of which now. Thank you Don
