Will this kit bolt up if I already have a bandw turnover ball?

The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2400 is not compatible with an already installed Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. The underbed gooseneck systems will mount in the exact same location to your frame rails, so you cannot have both systems installed.
If you already have another 5th wheel hitch that uses industry standard base rails, then you can use the Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball # DM6140 or Curt X5 # 16310.
An even better option for your 5th wheel hitch is to use the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500 for long bed or Sliding Hitch # BWRVK3400 for 6-1/2 foot bed. These are designed to be compatible without any additional adapter needed. These are the most popular options for Turnoverball gooseneck applications.
