I have a 2017 Ford F-250 with factory in-dash brake controller. My question is if this controller will work with a electric over hydraulic actuator. I have lippert 5200lb tandem axles and am looking at disc brake conversion kit

The integrated brake controller of a 2017 Ford F-250 is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes so when you convert your trailer to that style of brakes it will work fine still.
For an actuator kit the best option is the HydraStar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator w/ Line Kit for Disc Brakes # K2HR526D as it comes with all of the wiring and brake lines that you'll need and the actuator included is the fastest reacting and most reliable.
Then for assemblies the Kodiak kit part # K2HR526D will fit your 5,200 lb Lippert axles and is Dacromet coated so it will resist corrosion well.
