An ST225/75R15 trailer tire like the Kenda Karrier # AM10256 that you're looking at will fit a 15 inch wheel that has a 6, 6-1/2, or 7 inch width. Your existing 265/75R15 size tires are compatible with 15 inch wheels that have a width of between 7-9 inches. This means there's a chance the smaller tire will fit your existing wheel but only if it has a 7 inch width. It's more likely though that what you have is too wide to allow for a proper mount.
If you find that your wheels are wider than 7 inches you would need to replace them as well to use these tires. If the hubs on your Chevy Pick Up Trailer happen to have a compatible bolt pattern I recommend this same Kenda Karrier tire on a tire/wheel combo with either part # AM32664 for a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern or # AM32545 for a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Otherwise your best option will be to try and find your current tire size from a local tire shop so you can keep the wheels.
I have attached a few short video reviews that you can check out as well.
