The Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A that you referenced is a great option to replace the Jensen model AWM968 because they feature very similar dimensions. The connectors aren't the same though for the two models so it won't be a plug-and-play replacement. You will just need to make new connections from the stereo to the wiring in your RV.
I have attached an image from the installation manual showing the wiring functions that you can use for reference. I have attached a few video demonstrations that you might also find helpful.
