If you get the Out of Stroke error message on the Lippert Ground Control system, such as # LC358590, then that indicates that the jack has extended as far as it will go and cannot go any further.

To clear the error you can extend all of the jacks in the system at least 6 inches. Then press and hold the retract button until the jacks start to retract. All of the jacks should fully retract and the error should be cleared.

I initially got an out of stroke message with all the jacks(other than the hitch jack) retracted . I reset the board and did the recentering 3 times, now it won’t do anything, after doing the recentering I try the auto level and it says out of stroke immediately.??? Where do I go from here, I’ve checked all the connectors I can see, even on the board

@Stefan What's the charge on the battery like? Is it possible it's almost dead?

@Stefan Usually that means a leg is internally damaged and the motors won't operate them. Do any of the legs look like maybe they were dragged or something? If you continue to get an "out of stroke" error or you cannot manually retract the jack then that would point to signs of damaged internals which means the jack leg would need to be replaced. I have attached a list of replacement jacks below. Front Leg - part # LC305340 Right Rear Leg - part # LC344792 Left Rear Leg - part # LC305339
