Troubleshooting A Jensen AWM968 RV Stereo System That isn't Playing AM/FM Stations

Question:
Hello. I have a Jensen AWM968 radio in my 2014 travel trailer. Just recently I stopped getting sound from the am/fm radio channels. Not even static from no reception. I do still get audio from the dvd player and Bluetooth connected devices. I have done the recommended reset and checked the antenna connection. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

If the stereo has been reset and you have no loose connections then you could try testing the antenna and cable running from it to the stereo with a different stereo to confirm that they aren't the problem. If another stereo works with the cable and antenna then there's an internal issue with your Jensen AWM968 and it would need to be replaced. If this is the case then I recommend switching to the # JWM60A since it's the closest option to what you currently have function and size-wise.

Kevin, I just bought 2016 fifth wheel with the Jensen radio/dvd/sound system. The previous owner (that I know) said radio works, however I cannot get power. I Che led fuse at fuse box see where unit is plugged into wall but I get nothing! Any thoughts?
