Recommended Floor Mats for a Horse Trailer to Improve Traction

What sure foot product can be used for horse trailer floor where they pee and poo and WILL NOT be slippery

The best option we have for your horse trailer is the Ribbed Rubber Trailer Mat part # 3622RM for 36" wide x 22' long or part # 4872SM for 48" wide x 72" long. These mats can then be cut to fit the exact size of your horse trailer's floor. The ribbed design will allow for the best traction in slippery conditions but I can't say they are completely fall/slip proof nor would any floor mat manufacturer be able to make that claim.

These mats are also very simple to clean so as long as you hose them off regularly, you should be just fine. I am sure some hay and or wood chips would also help to improve traction as well. I have attached a photo of these mats used in a similar horse trailer for you as well.
