Adapter to use Yakima Accessories on 2019 Subaru Outback with Factory Roof Rack

Question:
Hi, I have a 2019 Subaru Outback wagon with the factory rack and bars not round. My yakima accessories for kayak and bike are for a round bar, but the bars on the outback are not round. What is a reasonably priced adaptor to use my accessories on the new car. Thanks
