Softride Bicycle Rack Cable Location Connection

Question:

Im unable to identify where the black cable connection is connected? I had to take the bicycle rack a part and did not pay attention where the connection point was for the cable assembly....Please advise? Thank in advance...

My contact at Softride advised the lock cable # SR24452 just slips down the larger diameter tube, or the one closest the vehicle. After that the top plate covers it. Make sure you pull enough out to grab a hold of it.
