The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # 84550BX is only rated for up to 15 inch trailer wheels. The bolt pattern will match your Jeep tires, but Dexter doesn't recommend using non-trailer tires on their hubs. People do it, but vehicle tires are different than trailer tires and there are different back spacing using vehicle tires. Trailer wheels usually use a zero offset so they are directly centered on the hub face.
If you are just looking for a similar look we have 15 inch wheel and wheel tire options for that bolt pattern but we don't have any 16 inch options in that bolt pattern.
