Question:
Would these be good taillights replacement for a 2017 Thor Quantum 31WS class C rv? By looking at it looks like the screw holes dont match the one that came originally equipped from the Thor manufacture. Thank you

If you want to swap out your current tail lights on your 2017 Thor Quantum 31WS with the Bargman Triple Trailer Tail Light # 30-84-509 then you can, but if the bolt holes don't match up you may need to drill new holes. Attached is a photo showing the dimensions of where the bolt holes line up.
You might also consider the Bargman # 47-84-009 LED triple tail lights measuring 14" x 7" with 36 diodes.
If neither of these options matches very well with what you already have and you would like to keep from drilling new holes just let me know the dimensions of your mounting holes on your RV and I can make a different recommendation.

Two common problems with these lights, water inside the lights and they do not come with mounting screws. Stainless screws #7 x 1 1/4" fit perfectly. I put a small bead of silicone around the back of the light between the back plate and the front cover. While the silicone was still sticky put the foam back pad back on the back of the tail light. After the lights are mounted, put a small dab of silicone on the screw heads. I don't expect any issues with the lights and it was simple to fix the little problems. Obviously you would not want to seal them up like this if you had the older bulb type lights that you will need to change.
