I have a spartan boat trailer model PR-20831-30 with 14 inch tires my current plastic fender is 39 1/2inch long, 10inch wide, and 30 inch between the 2 inside mounting bolts. Their are 4 total mounting bolts, it is white and has both front and rears steps. Do you have anything foe me?

The most important measurement is the mounting bracket slots and the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders with Top and Side Steps # F008574-2 fit 14 inch wheels and measures 30-1/4 inches from inside to inside for the mounting brackets, which do not come with the fenders and you would need to fabricate.
I have added a cutout showing all of the dimensions of these fenders so you can see if they will work for you, as they are the closest we have to the measurements you provided.
