The Fulton Plastic Fender, # F008573, is designed to work on trailers with 13 inch wheel and tire combinations like your EZ Loader trailer.
The fender will require a mounting bracket. Fulton does not provide mounting bracket kits for the fenders. You can use your fenders original mounting brackets or use L brackets, # PF775-BKT-2, to mount the fender to your trailer frame. Some modification of the fender or trailer mounting brackets may be required.
