My current tonneau cover is a Truxedo, it has the name tag on it, but has no serial # or date code, how can I get a replacement cover and new velcro for the rails?

There are a couple of different models of TruXedo soft roll-up tonneau covers that fit your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 short bed. All of them are shown on the linked page.
If your cover happens to mount on top of the bed rails (rather than inside them) as shown in the photo then this narrows the possibilities down to the TruXport model # TX246601. For this cover the correct replacement tarp is # TX246601-CVR and the correct Velcro is part # TX1117876. This Velcro is bonded to plastic and slides into a channel. I confirmed these parts with TruXedo.
If you have one of the three other soft covers that mount inside the bed rails then TruXedo will need to see a couple of photos of the cover's rear frame near the tailgate in order to identify which one you have.
