What size thread are the studs? Im guessing one of the three common sizes 7/16inch X 20 1/2inch X 20 9/16inch X 18

You guessed right, because the Replacement Hub Assembly for Demco Kar Kaddy, Tow IT II, or Penske Tow Dolly # DM04369 uses 7/16” - 20 bolts.
