Mounting Plate Recommendation for Fulton XP Trailer Jack

Question:
I have a bass cat trailer and do not have the hardware to mount the jack and for some reason cannot find out exactly what hardware is needed. Seems to be some sort of bushing and a nut combo.

The picture you submitted looks like the mount of a Fulton XP jack part # FXP15W. Which if you are looking for a replacement mount you'd want the part # F500349.
