Dual Hitch Receiver Recommendation for Bike Rack and Pop-Up Camper
Question:
Can you recommend a Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for towing a pop-up camper w/ bike rack? I tried one that had 6 inch between receiver pin holes and that was not enough space with the type of bike rack that I have. I saw the Roadmaster 10inch #RM-077-10. Could that work with Chevy 1500 Silverado if I had the 10 inch rise for the bike rack? Any other pop up camper/bike rack solutions at etrailer?

There may be a solution for you but the Roadmaster dual receiver you mentioned is designed for flat towing only and should not be used for towing a camper.
The only real option is the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 which measures 7-1/2" from center of hitch pin hole to center of hitch pin hole; this is a bit more than the 6" you said you had and the most space available between hitch pin holes on a dual receiver.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the use of any adapter is going to reduce the capacity of your trailer hitch by 50 percent or to the level of the Malone # MPG544, whichever is lower. This adapter has a maximum trailer capacity of 4,000 lbs and maximum tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs but if your Silverado had a hitch with a capacity of 7,000 lbs, for example, it would be reduced to 3,500 lbs with the use of this (or any) dual hitch adapter.
I've added links to a couple video reviews for you to take a look at of this adapter as well.
