If you want the complete lock assembly, the Replacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box - Qty 1 # SR03807 will work for your Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 roof box so long as your current lock resembles this one.

If you simply need a replacement key, the lock cylinder will have a number that will help us get you the correct replacement key. You will simply need to tell us the number printed on the outside lock cylinder.
