From your description it sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Double Ball Joint # LC388220, although this is the entire ball joint and not just the bolts. This connects the gear plate to the actuating arm on a Lippert Coach Step or Stromberg Carlson sliding step.

The only other hardware available for a Coach Step is the Replacement Joint Assembly Hardware Kit # LC216567 which is for a joint assembly and includes:

- 5/16"-18 Diameter x 1-1/4" long hex-head shoulder bolt
- 5/16" Tall bronze bushing with 1/2" outer diameter and 3/8" inner diameter
- 5/16"-18 Diameter locknut
- 3/8" Diameter washer with black zinc finish

This kit has the only bolts available for a Coachstep.

The steps you have are what the Replacement Double Ball Joint for Lippert Electric Coach Step #LC388220 is designed to fit. If this is the part that broke on your steps this would be the correct replacement part.
