How to Install Replacement Double Ball Joint # LC301695

Question:

what is the correct way to adjust this turnbuckle , my steps get jammed and wont cycle until I remove the two bolts on top steps.. sometimes I have to remove the motor and let it cycle then reinstall .. real pita. also, how do the steps know when down or up .. I dont see any limit switch. curent limiters circuit ? Replacement Double Ball Joint for Lippert Electric Coach Step Item # LC388220 thanks for the help

It sounds like you might need to set up the linkage # LC388220 properly so that it will allow your steps to function properly. I attached an install instruction sheet that shows how to install it properly. Try that and let me know if you are still having issues.
