The mounting brackets or base plate kits I have available for your 2003 Honda Pilot are the RoadMaster brand and the Blue Ox brand.
If you have a Blue Ox tow bar you will need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, part # BX2227. These base plates have removable arms and can be used with the Blue Ox Adventurer, Acclaim, Ambassador, Aventa, Aladdin, Alpha and Allure tow bars. It can be used with a RoadMaster tow bar by using the Roadmaster Adapters, part # RM-031.
If you have a RoadMaster tow bar you will need the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part # 1544-1, if your Pilot does not have a brushguard. If your Pilot has brushguard you will need the Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit, part # 1544-3. Both of these base plates have removable arms and can be used with RoadMaster tow bars.
The XL base plate kit can be used with Blue Ox and Demco tow bars by using the Roadmaster Adapters, part # RM-032. The MX base plate kit can be used with Blue Ox tow bars by using Blue Ox Adapter Brackets, part # BX88185.
If you let me know the tow bar you will be using I can get you all of the parts you will need to flat tow your 2003 Honda Pilot. I am including a link to a FAQ page on parts needed to flat tow a vehicle.
