The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 76227 will absolutely fit your 2019 Subaru Outback so long as it is not the Sport model. The accompanying photo shows this hitch installed on a '19 Outback so you can see for yourself what it will look like.
This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver and best of all it has a concealed crosstube so the only part of the hitch that will be visible is the receiver. It has a 4,000 lb towing capacity, 600 lb tongue weight capacity, a powder coat finish so it resists rust, and comes with a lifetime warranty.
