What "fascia trim" required means in regards to the install of the Draw Tite hitch part # 76227 on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon is that you will need to trim or cut the lower rear fascia to allow the hitch to fit through it. So basically some modifications to the rear bumper panel need to be made to install the hitch.
