Question:
Hi, I see the recommendation for 2 hitches for my vehicle that dont require bumper removal. First is the Drawtite 75673 and the other is the etrailer brand. Not interested in the Curt due to having to have straps for a bike rack. I also have a 2 inch Thule Pro XTB bike rack that needs to fit this hitch and car. Would the etrailer be better than the Draw tite overall? Fit, purpose, installation effort, ect I like the looks of both so that is not a consideration here. Thank you!

The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98847 is a better option than the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75673 for your 2019 Subaru Outback for one simple reason: clearance.
The hitches will be the same in terms of installation but as you can see by the linked installation video of both hitches on a '19 Outback, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98847 offers about 3/4" more ground clearance and approximately 1-1/2" more bumper clearance, both of which are important factors for carrying accessories like your Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack # TH83JV.
Since the closest part of this rack is 5" from the hitch pin hole when folded, you may not be able to use that feature with the Draw-Tite hitch but you would with the etrailer hitch so that is definitely the way to go.
