have a 2016 thor Class C that already has an electric brake controller unit on it with 7 pole plug how can i connect the listed system for my 2018 jeep

Trailer brake controllers are not used at all with flat tow supplemental braking systems. The InvisiBrake part # RM-8700 will fit your setup and work well but it would not interact at all with your current trailer brake controller.
For this style of supplemental braking (permanent install) I prefer the SMI DUO part # SM99251 for a few reasons. The setup is proportional which means that it will apply a proportional amount of braking that it senses your tow vehicle applying to the towed vehicle's brakes, it's much easier to install, and overall it just seems to work better.
