For a waterproof bag that will fit nicely inside the Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT that you referenced I recommend the Rightline Gear Sport 2 # RL100S20. This bag is constructed of waterproof, PVC-coated fabric and reinforced polyester mesh to keep your contents dry. It also has watertight double-sealed bag seams and a urethane-coated (corrosion resistant) zipper that's built into the underside of a protective flap to further prevent moisture from creeping in.
The bag itself measures 44 inches long, 36 inches wide, 19 inches tall, and will provide 15 cubic feet of storage space. The 4 integrated straps will attach to the Thule Canyon XT Basket.
