Do all Front Hitches for 2019 Toyota Tacoma have Tow Hooks in Front

Question:
Can you order this front hitch without the safety chain rings, and if so, would it be the same price? I do not need them, would only use this hitch to place boat in my backyard, not towing, so the rings are not necessary. Thanks.
