Thank you for the fast follow up. Unhappily, the other mud flap system you recommended won't work because I need a 36" wide mud flap on each side of the center.

The RoadMaster RoadWing Removable, Expandable Mud Flap System for RVs, Buses and Dual-Tire Trucks # RM-4400-102 cannot be mounted underneath because of the flange on the mount. It will only allow the above receiver fit unless you were to directly weld it according to my tech contact at Roadmaster.

The best option for what you are seeking is the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches - Matte Black # ERT00108 which has the adjustable height both vertically and horizontally. The arms that connect to the center hub that mounts to your trailer hitch receiver tube are customizable for the height you desire. Each mud flap is 24-1/4" long x 23-7/8" wide x 3/8" thick but they can be cut for a custom fit.

We do have some wider options available such as the Access Rockstar XL Custom Mud Flaps - 37-7/8" Wide - Smooth Finish # A10200411. These particular bud flaps are 17-1/2" long x 37-7/8" wide x 1/2" thick. The frame of this mud flap is adjustable to ensure a level fit but it also allows for height adjustment. We have 38 inch, 42 inch, and 47 inch wide options from Access. I've linked the page to these options to assist.
