For your 2018 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500, there is not a front sway bar compatible, but there are a couple rear sway bar options according to my contact at Roadmaster. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Vans # RM-1209-120 is a factory sway bar replacement that is 1-3/8 inch diameter. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Vans # RM-1209-131 is also an option that fits your vehicle, but this one is 1-1/2 inches diameter and retains the factory sway bar for more stability. This is my recommendation for your application unless you have an Airstream Chassis because there is a propane tank in many models that interferes with this fit.
