What length axles can this accommodate? Can it take both the 100 and 110mm length ?

The Swagman Spire Fork Adapter # S64706 will accept an axle up to 100mm in length. If you have a 110mm length axle then you also need the Spire Fork Adapter # S64708 to accommodate the longer axle.
Please note that this is meant to be used on bike racks that have a thru-axle fork for 9mm quick-release skewer.
