The picture shows a right leg with 2 loops but video doesn’t. Which is correct? What are the loops for? Can it be ordered either option?

Those loops you see on the side of the brackets on the # TLA8000 are for the TorkLift GlowGuide Handrail # TLA7621. I attached a picture that shows how the handle attaches to those loops.
