I hv new hubs outter bearing #L44610 inner L68111.what spindle do i need with brake flange.new hubs were given to me.thanks

The numbers that you mentioned are actually for the races that pair with the inner and outer bearings in the trailer hub. The # L44610 race is commonly used with the # L68149 inner bearing while the # L68111 race is usually paired with the # L44649 outer bearing.
If this is the case then you likely have a 3,500 pound hub like the Dexter # 84546UC3 that is compatible with a #84 spindle like the TruRyde #84 Spindle, part # TRU24FR. As long as you have a 2-3/8 inch round axle the correct brake mounting flange is with the part # 4-35
