Troubleshooting Auto-Leveling System on Thor ACE

Question:
Automatic leveling system are all fully retracted. When I start the vehicle all of the warning lights continue to flash on the control panel. How do I reset the control panel? No of the buttons respond and I am not able to lower any of the jacks manually or automatically. I turn off the engine and whenever I restart it all the warning lights on the leveling control panel come back on.

I recommend disconnecting 12V electrical power from the main system control panel for a few minutes. Usually about 15-minutes without power does it.
Once reconnected to power if you still have error codes, such as "Out-of-Stroke", to clear this code you can extend all of the jacks in the system at least 6 inches. Then press and hold the retract button until the jacks start to retract. All of the jacks should fully retract and the error should be cleared.
If this process does not correct the issue then please tell us the part number and serial number from your control panel and any messages that appear on its display and we can work with Lippert to find a fix or the correct replacement part, such as a Control Panel # LC175225.
You should still be able to manually lower the jacks by selecting manual mode and using the hand crank.

I have the exact error issue. It's on a Thor motor home 30 ft. I replaced the engine battery and the strut control panel is just beeping. All the lights are flashing and no buttons work,not even the off/on. I noticed on the rear the drivers side is lower than the other. Can you please advise? Thanks
