For your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited I recommend starting with the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519291. Then you can use the Demco Commander Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # DM9511012 which has the included safety chains as well as the integrated adjustable head for proper fit.

For your tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 as well as the charge line kit # RM-156-25. This kit will allow you to utilize the factory wiring in your Jeep while protecting the electronics. It also gives you a very clean look when towing.

Then for your supplemental braking system I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This system only requires adjustment at installation and then becomes a simple plug and play system that requires only a flip of a switch. You will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751449 to alert your RV system that your vehicle brakes are being applied so it works together correctly.
