On my 2017 gmc 3500 hd serria there is an extra that lifts of the rest of the leafs. Does this part accommodate it

The extra leaf springs you are referring to are called overload leaf springs. The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit part # RAS3611-HD will not work with overload leaf springs but the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit part # RAS3611-CHD will as it is designed specifically for this purpose.
