Will Rear Hatch Sensor Work With etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Installed on 2018 Nissan Rogue

Question:

You seem to indicate that the rear hatch sensor will still work on 2017 Rogue. Will it STILL WORK on 2018 rogue? Is there any tampering of the sensor necessary?

The rear hatch sensors will still be functional with the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98846 installed on your 2018 Nissan Rogue. You will need to kick your foot to the sides of the receiver to activate the sensors but there is no tampering of the sensor necessary.

Do you known of a place near Venice Florida that can install this hitch (code e98846) on my nissian 2018 Rouge.

I don't have any good recommendations for where you are in Florida, however any local mechanic with a good reputation will be able to handle this install without issue. Print off the install manual we have attached on the product page and bring it up with you - this should help you get an accurate estimate before dropping off the keys.
