The correct Kat's Heater Engine Block Heater that fits the 3.5L Engine in your 2016 Ford F-150 is the part # KH11815. According to Kat's Heater this installs on the Right Front location of your engine block (see attached picture).

I confirmed that this is the correct product for your 2016 F-150 with my contact at Kat's Heaters.
