have a 2007 chevy Silverado 2500hd 6.6 diesel 4x4 extended cab installing 5th wheel hitch,the trailer is 13729lbs and hitch weight is 2498 ,truck weighs 92oo lbs curb weight 5690 ,install air bags and new tires at 3415 max pressure each tire ,enough tire pressure to carry the tongue weight and how much can I tow

Your truck is rated to pull 10,000 lbs. at the bumper but according to some online research a third party rates it for 5th wheel towing at 14,300 lbs. with the standard bed or at 13,400 lbs if you have the long bed.
Based on the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset - 12" to 16" Tall # CAB-C5GX1216 you asked from, I assume you may already have a gooseneck hitch. If this is the case this adapter is a very nice option.
If you do not already have a gooseneck hitch and you desire one, the B&W # BWGNRK1067-5W is a great option to give you a clean bed and works perfectly with 5th wheel hitch # BWRVK3400-5W for a short bed or # BWRVK3500-5W for a long bed. This a customer favorite because of the clean bed, the quality of the hitches and the variety of functions.
If you want a more traditional bed rail system, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50064-58 which will fit your frame perfectly. Then I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051 for a standard bed or # RP30047 for a long bed.
The sliding hitch or offset adapter is needed for turning clearances when using a 6-1/2 foot bed. You may also want to consider adding a 7-way to the bed for easy connection access using # C56000.
