The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric - Textured Black - Driver and Passenger Side # KS61199-00F are the only replacement mirrors we have with the electric adjustment features for your E-350. These will work to replace your mirrors and plug right into your current wiring harness, but unfortunately you won't be able to keep that heat function. These style mirrors are year/make/model specific fits.
If you want to keep your electric and heat functions, you can use the slide on mirrors # CTM2500 to extend your view. The additional mirrors will be manual with no heat, but you would keep the function and style of your current mirrors.
